The Voicemail 2 Email service allows you to instantly allocate yourself a local Australian telephone number (e.g. 02 for Sydney, 03 for Melbourne, 07 for Brisbane, 036 for Hobart etc) which is set up with a custom greeting that you or one of our receptionists record for you (e.g. Thanks for calling XYZ Company, if you can please leave a message we will get back to you ASAP. Thank you for calling XYZ). Any message left by the caller will be instantly emailed as a WAV file to one or more email addresses as you determine, so you can listen to the message. So as long as you can access your email you can receive your voice messages anywhere in the world. If you have an existing phone number you can simply divert that number to the unique phone number we allocate you and instantly you will be receiving your voice messages into your email inbox.

Yes we offer a FREE 7 Day Trial. Set up only takes a couple of minutes. In five minutes from now you can be receiving your voice messages by email. There are NO charges during the free trial whether you have one or twenty one phone numbers or receive one or a hundred voice messages.

Yes that’s right. There are NO set up fees and NO security deposits during or after the FREE Trial for any of our Phone related Services (i.e. Live Answering Service, Fax 2 Email, Voicemail 2 Email, Divert Service).

Yes! With all our phone and fax services you are able to sign up for one or more or none of the services! You can add or delete services at any time as your circumstances change and there are NO cancellation fees, it's just month to month.

That’s right. If for some reason you choose not to upgrade to the month to month Voicemail To Email service that is OK. There is NO obligation to continue after the Free Trial. Also the Free Trial is absolutely FREE of any charges.
