Tapestry Systems is a small South Australian IT business where the Administration Officer, that’s me, works part time. Staff are often out of the office visiting clients so your receptionist team has ensured a full time telephone answering presence by answering all calls when there is no-one in the office. The flexibility to have messages forwarded by email or SMS allows me to stay in touch with the business as if I was working full time because I can attend to urgent matters as they arise. The service is very cost effective given my part time status and I am the one controlling how the phone is answered and the phone plan which suits.
