• understand your mail forwarding instructions or if you wish to collect your items personally from the business centre

• if the business centre you have chosen allows for 24/7 access, issue you with a key or security pass to collect your mail outside business hours i.e. 24x7 (NB: some of our business centres don't allow for 24/7 access; see ** below)

The business centre manager will also be pleased to assist you with any additional business services you might require in addition to your Virtual Mail Address (e.g. business cards, courier services, print, copy or design services etc).
