As a professionally serviced office, we offer 35 superbly appointed office suites; boardroom and meeting room facilities. And as we conduct business from Southport’s Seabank building, close to all amenities, including Australia Fair Shopping complex, lunches and shopping need never be a problem again.
It’s also worth mentioning that, while it’s not strictly about business, the office views from our 9th floor vantage point are incredible. If it weren’t for your workload, you could easily spend your days enjoying spectacular views to the east over the Broadwater; north to Stradbroke Island; west to the Hinterland, or south to Surfers Paradise and the Nerang River. As it is, with these vistas to marvel at, you certainly won’t feel like you’ve been cooped up in an office all day.
Our executive suites range from one to four person offices and include access to board and meeting rooms and secretarial services. Other services include facsimile, photocopying, binding and ADSL. Your office is equipped with a complete suite of office furniture including: desk, chair(s), filing cabinet, ADSL connection and telephone handset, so you can just move in, and it’s business as usual – we even provide you with tea and coffee facilities. We let the offices on a monthly tenancy, and you can use the meeting rooms when you need them at prescribed fees. Again, whenever you need them, and for the prescribed fees, you can take advantage of our secretarial services including: typing, photocopying and faxing. Our centre employs two full time secretarial staff and also a part time assistant.
